Accommodation
The Burgoyne Hotel was once the family home of the Burgoyne Johnson family. The proprietors are dedicated to providing exceptionally high standards and this is reflected in the décor and ambience of this remarkable country house hotel.
Each individually decorated and centrally heated bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet and most have a shower in addition to the bath.
All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, trouser press, wide screen LCD televisions, DVD players, Digital radios, WIFI internet access and direct dial telephones. All rooms have spectacular South facing views across Reeth village green and Swaledale, except 1, which has views of Fremington edge.
A log burning inglenook fireplace is the main feature in one of two beautifully appointed drawing rooms, which are stocked with magazines, books and games to help you relax in.
Whilst an equally elegant dining room, presided over by Derek Hickson, serves traditional style breakfast and dinner prepared in the hotel's custom built kitchen by chef Paul Salonga.
