The fine dining establishment serves locally sourced Yorkshire Dales produce that change with the seasons.
To accompany the delicious food that Paul Salonga and his team of experienced chefs cook for you there is a handpicked wine list that matches the cuisine perfectly. The staff are all experienced in wine service and can help you pick out the perfect bottle that will compliment your dish.
Alongside the mouth-watering dinner menu there is a delicious breakfast menu served daily in the dining room or direct to your suite for the ultimate relaxing morning. There are also afternoon teas, with a selection of sandwiches, freshly baked scones with jam and cream and cake that can be pre-booked and is served daily.
If you aren’t staying at the country house hotel then you are still very welcome, just walk in and our helpful staff will endeavour to give you a table with a beautiful view.
