Local Producers
The Burgoyne’s head chef Paul Salonga designs the menu himself and sources local Yorkshire produce whenever he can.
The free range eggs you will eat at breakfast are delivered fresh every day from Arkengarthdale Farm whilst the milk and cream is supplied directly from the producer at Leyburn.
The tender meat that is served to you is bred by local farmers near Ripon and the poultry is bought from a farmer at Pateley Bridge, whilst the game is supplied from over the moor at Carlton in Coverdale.
The freshest of delicious fish is delivered from Hartlepool and Whitby and the cheeses are produced from a cheesemakers at Richmond and Hawes. The seasonal fruit and vegetables are freshly supplied from the local market town of Bedale.
