The management reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Reservations made by fax, e-mail or telephone must be confirmed in writing with a non-returnable deposit of £25.00 per person. If you cancel within 14 days of the date of arrival, payment is required in full unless the room is re-let. Otherwise, the deposit only is lost. An application form can be sent to you, should you wish to insure against such an eventuality.

The route one would take from the south: A1 North to Scotch Corner, then the A6108 to Richmond/Leyburn and then 5 miles beyond Richmond take the B6270 for 5 miles to find the splendid village of Reeth. This route passes through scenery described by guests as some of the most beautiful in England.
