The new season brings an array of tantalising fresh vegetables, fruit and herbs to inspire our award-winning Chef.
To start with, try our delicious Pan Fried Mackerel with apple, chilli, ginger, beetroot and lime gel. Next, we recommend the succulent texture of our locally sourced Lamb Rump dish, served with sticky red cabbage, pommes Anna, baby roast vegetables and red wine jus.
And to finish, try our palate cleansing dessert, Poached Rhubarb with rhubarb pickle, rhubarb puree, meringue and clotted cream ice cream.
